What the Heck is an EGM?

If you are shopping for a home in Desert Mountain you may notice the acronym EGM cropping up in listings. This is a new name for Desert Mountain Golf Memberships and stands for Equity Golf Membership. There is no such thing anymore as a Deferred Equity Golf Membership or DEGM. The Desert Mountain Club turnover is complete and members now own the club.  The Club has transitioned from a “deferred equity” club to an “equity” club. All Desert Mountain Golf Memberships are now referred to as EGM’s.
