We started out with a broad search (in terms of area) and Carmen provided us with valuable background information on each neighborhood. Once we finalized our target area Carmen advised us on the important aspects of location, home characteristics and price. When we settled on a specific property she was invaluable during the negotiating, build, close and even throughout post-close activities.
In summary, we feel Carmen was a more of a partner/coach than a traditional real estate agent - which worked very well for us.

Lisa is an absolute rockstar! My partner and I were in a tough situation, needing a home within a short amount of time, and we did not want to sacrifice the priorities on our list. We had about a 3-week window to buy something in this hot market, and could not have done it without her effective communication, transparency, and vast market knowledge. Lisa fights for her clients! We had a few hiccups toward closing (on the seller’s side), but she took control of everything to ensure our home buying and moving experience was as stress free as possible. Carmen Is an amazing agent. I have bought and sold many properties over the past 30 years and have work with numerous agents. She has a fabulous work ethic and is extremely knowledgeable of her market. She is well prepared, punctual, and helpful throughout the entire buying process. Carmen focused on our home purchase as if it was her own. All aspects of the purchase were overseen by her and we were kept immediately informed of each step in a timely fashion. She went out of her way to be present at all meetings and coordinated each of these in an expert fashion going so far as to act as our surrogate during the walk thru when we were unable to be present. I would not think of using another agent with my next purchase or sale.

We were looking to buy a high end condo in Scottsdale but knew that we would have to do it from a distance and efficiently because of work schedules.
