Desert Mountain is going through a full fledged building BOOM with almost 200 homes either under construction or in design review. This is terrific news! Buyers have always wanted a selection of new homes to choose from in the Club. Unfortunately there was a scarcity of new homes in Desert Mountain during 2010-2014. When the real estate market crashed across the country, there was very little new construction. Many construction companies went out of business or turned their attention to remodeling instead of building new homes. The market has picked up significantly in the past several years. There are currently 35 new homes for sale in Desert Mountain. It is a great time to be a buyer!
