Upcoming Food & Wine Events at Desert Mountain

The culinary team at Desert Mountain is always striving to offer new and interesting events for members. Two of the upcoming events are sure to please the palates of members who enjoy Italian and French wines:

Tuscany Food and Wine Dinner will be held on August 29th at the Cochise/Geronimo Clubhouse. Members will enjoy delicious offerings from the Tuscan region of Italy. Sample hors d’oeuvres, chilled panzanelle soup, pastas and deserts paired with Italian wines.

Paris Blind Wine Tasting will be September 26th at Cochise/Geronimo. This is the fourth “Sip & Swirl” event at the club this year. Members will be delighted with French wines and delicacies. There will be a special blind wine-tasting challenge to test yourself. Domestic wines will be paired up with French wines, followed by small plate stations of shrimp salad, Virginia Bass and Filet “Au Poivre”.
