There is, however, a much less expensive membership. There is a $100,000 Club Deferred Equity Membership available at Desert Mountain. This is pretty much a secret in Desert Mountain. Most members and prospective members don’t even know that this option exists. In fact, out of the 2200 current members at Desert Mountain, there are only 29 “Club” members.

The Club membership is perfect for anyone who is interested in the many amenities of Desert Mountain but is not particularly interested in the golf. The Club membership give you unlimited access to all the private members-only clubhouses, restaurants, tennis facilities, Sonoran Spa and Fitness Center, pools etc. You also get 20 rounds of golf per year, 8 of which can be during high season. If you ever desire to upgrade later, the club membership can be traded in and upgraded to a full golf membership. This is a great affordable way to gain access to the ultra-exclusive Desert Mountain lifestyle.
