In my opinion, the best time to buy real estate in Desert Mountain is between Thanksgiving and Christmas. That period is fast approaching. Simply put, there is much less competition from other buyers which means better selection and negotiating power as a buyer. Most people do 
not think about buying real estate during the holidays. We are all so wrapped up with the festivities of the season. Serious shoppers can sweep in, with less competition. This makes it the perfect time.
If you are serious about buying a Desert Mountain home, especially if you want it for high season this winter, the time to act is now. Your bargaining power is increasing as the less serious buyers fall by the way side.
