Whether you like grass, clay or hard courts you can find each one at Desert Mountain. There is one stadium style grass court, five har-tru clay courts and three hard courts. The grass court is a beautiful area of lush, perfectly trimmed, green grass. The clay courts are perfect for anyone that is looking for a softer surface for play. There is an intricate system of water beneath the clay court to keep it exactly right.

The tennis center at Desert Mountain is called the “Wimbledon of the West” by tennis enthusiasts across the country. With its variety of courts, exceptional court side amenities, and beautiful surroundings you will surely be impressed. The tennis center has won numerous awards for being a first-class facility.

There are also eight dedicated pickleball courts at the Sonoran clubhouse with a full calendar of clinics, open play, leagues, and events. There were originally six pickleball courts, and they were expanded to eight courts in 2024 due to the immense popularity of the sport. Pickleball coaching and lessons are available from the pros at the club.
