Sonoran Clubhouse Renovations Are Moving Along Nicely

Phase 1 of the Sonoran Clubhouse construction is 70% complete. Currently, drywall is being installed in the fitness center, training room and café. Next, parts of the roof will be finished, followed by the remaining drywall. Later this month, the crew will install the flooring and lighting throughout. The new entryway in the Sonoran Clubhouse will have 36-inch tiles from Italy. The café features hardwood floor from France. The rest of the clubhouse will have sturdy vinyl flooring that is designed to look like hardwood flooring. Parking lot number 1 is being redesigned so that it is easier for emergency response vehicles (fire trucks, in particular) to get in and out of. The circular driveway has been taken out.
