The new Seven golf course currently under construction in Desert Mountain will come with a brand new clubhouse as well. Desert Mountain members are looking forward to this new lively clubhouse. It is being designed with an emphasis on fun. It will be a casual, social environment with dozens of TVs, a large bar and outdoor bocce ball. It will feature a family-friendly pub with expansive patios for outdoor dining and entertainment. There will be dramatic fire pits installed around the seating areas.
It sounds very similar to the recently completed Estancia clubhouse remodel which added outdoor dining and fire pits too. It has made a huge difference. Several country clubs in Scottsdale have become more casual and added outdoor dining. Everyone wants to relax and eat outdoors, instead of in a dining room. I am sure the new clubhouse will be a great addition in Desert Mountain.
