The Scottsdale Luxury Real Estate market is looking up. The trend in the luxury home market clearly shows that buyers are jumping in to take advantage of the current opportunities. Many luxury properties are 50% less than what they were in the past. Buyers know that this is a rare opportunity and prices this great will not last long.
