Sales of Desert Mountain Homes Up Sharply in 2011

The amount of homes sold in Desert Mountain is up sharply during January and February 2011 compared to the same two months last year. During 2010 there were only 19 homes pending or sold during January and February, compared to 32 homes this year. That is a huge increase and we still have another week of February to go!

I believe this trend is due to two factors:

(1) The successful turnover of the Club to members. Desert Mountain members purchased the assets of the club on December 30th and it is now entirely member owned. Many potential buyers were sitting on the fence to see how the turnover would go. The whole turnover of the club was remarkably smooth with 99.3% of the votes approving the turnover.

(2) Prices are so steeply discounted that the deals are too good to pass up.
