Renegade Clubhouse Renovations Starting Soon

Members are excited to see the Renegade clubhouse renovations starting soon. The club membership overwhelmingly voted to approve the renovation of Renegade Clubhouse in March, 2019. That project was put on hold in April, 2019, as Covid-19 accelerated. There was too much uncertainty at the time as to how the pandemic would affect the club. The Board was being cautious with their significant cash resources. In late September, it became clear that the club was in an excellent position to weather the pandemic, so the project was released. The Renegade renovation project is back on track and construction is starting this month. The Renegade Clubhouse and improvements to the Renegade golf practice facility is expected to be done by December, 2022.

In addition, four comfort stations will be built on the Renegade and Apache golf courses. This will improve the golf course food and beverage services. The Renegade comfort station will be completed by fall 2021. The Apache comfort station will be done by the end of 2021. These stations will meet the high expectations of members for exceptional facilities.
