Real Estate Declared Essential

On March 23rd, 2020, Governor Doug Ducey issued an executive order outlining Essential Services for the State of Arizona during the coronavirus pandemic. According to the order, real estate is considered an essential service and should continue during the stay-home order. This includes Realtors, real estate brokerages, mortgage companies, and title companies. The real estate industry is critical in our economy and we take that responsibility seriously.
