Desert Mountain Home Prices Up 36%

Scottsdale home prices escalated dramatically during 2021. The average sales price in Scottsdale is up 25% from $1,041,645 to $1,304,697. The prices in Desert Mountain took an even more dramatic swing. Homes in Desert Mountain increased an average of 36% during 2021. The inventory of available homes for sale remains at a historically low level. As a result, the demand for homes is greater than supply of homes. Homes are thus selling very quickly, often within a few days. It is typical for the best homes to sell at or above list price.
