Desert Mountain Club has recently announced the new membership pricing for 2025. The cost of memberships as of January, 2025, will be as follows:
Full Golf Membership – Increasing from $200,000 to $225,000, with monthly dues of $2354.
Seven Golf membership – Increasing from $125,000 to $140,000, with monthly dues of $1377
Lifestyle (Social) Membership – Increasing from $100,000 to $112,000, with monthly dues of $1166
The pricing is similar to other exclusive North Scottsdale clubs. It is very typical for clubs to increase their initiation fee and dues on an annual basis. The Desert Mountain golf membership is still less than some of its competitors such as DC Ranch at $260,000 and Estancia at $275,000. It is an excellent value for a club with 7 golf courses. No other club in Scottsdale offers as many courses, clubhouses and amenities.
