New Rule for Food & Beverage Minimum

Desert Mountain’s annual “Food and Beverage Minimum” is $2500 per membership. Apparently Desert Mountain has been having an issue each year with members making excessive take-out orders from the restaurants in December to meet their unused food minimum. As a result, Desert Mountain has instituted a new rule that take-out orders over $150 per membership during December will not apply toward the annual food minimum. This only applies to orders during December.

It is unfortunate that a few members have caused this change. I know many members who only use their Desert Mountain home seasonally during the holidays. Those members will not be happy with this change.
