May 2013 Was Very Busy in Desert Mountain

In May 2013, the Desert Mountain home sales were great. There was a total of 18 homes sold and of these only 1 was a distressed property. Now that we are into the summer months I expect this number to be lower over the next couple of months but it’s still a very good sign that Desert Mountain is really picking up along with the rest of the Scottsdale real estate market.

The average price of all homes sold in May was $992,916.
