Lyle Anderson Starts Sierra Reserve In Scottsdale

Lyle Anderson, the developer of Desert Mountain and Desert Highlands, has just announced his latest development. Sierra Reserve in Scottsdale will be a luxury community of 250 homes. It is located in North Scottsdale, just East of Troon North golf club and adjacent to the Golf Club Scottsdale. This is the first new master planned residential community in North Scottsdale in over a decade.

Sierra Reserve homes will be between 3000-6000 square feet. Home buyers can choose from 19 different floor plans and six different architectural styles. Anderson’s goal is to streamline the building process to make the process easier for buyers. These custom homes will be built in a short 8-10 months and will include all of the fun of customization without the usual headaches involved with new builds. There will be two neighborhoods called Paseo and Desert Garden.

The heart of Sierra Reserve will be a 15,000 square foot Mediteranean clubhouse called “The Villa”. There will be a fitness center, tennis courts, cantina and restaurant. A desert botanical garden is also planned. Unlike his past developments in Scottsdale, Sierra Reserve will not have a golf course. Of course, it will be within 5 minutes of several golf courses including Golf Club Scottsdale, Troon Country Club, Desert Highlands and Troon North. It is within 10 minutes of Whisper Rock, Grayhawk and Legend Trail golf courses.
