Light Up Your Summer Nights!

Desert Mountain members are invited to special evening tours at the Desert Botanical Garden. The garden, located less than an hour from Desert Mountain, is home to flashlight tours that take place on Thursdays and Saturdays beginning at 7p.m. until August 31, 2013.

If you thought the desert was breathtaking during the day just wait until you experience it at night. This tour takes you through the carefully manicured gardens, in the evening, after the rest of Arizona has gone to bed. Enjoy the garden’s wide variety of cactus species and other desert plant life.

While on the tour you’ll also enjoy the sights and sounds of desert nighthawks, tortoises, an insect exhibit and night-blooming flowers. This adventure is perfect for an evening out with the whole family or a date night with your special someone.

Please remember to bring your flashlight and comfortable walking shoes.
