Lifestyle Membership Price Increasing

Desert Mountain Club has announced that the popular Lifestyle membership will be increasing in price starting January. The Lifestyle membership has been a hugely popular option for new members since the complete renovation and expansion of the Sonoran Clubhouse, fitness center and spa. The Lifestyle membership includes access to all 6 clubhouses, Sonoran fitness center, tennis courts (including hard, clay and grass courts), hiking trails, restaurants, spa and social clubs. There is no golf included in the Lifestyle membership. The price will increase from $15,000 to $20,000 starting January 1st.

As I reported in October, the Lifestyle memberships have been on an upward trend this past year. There were 152 lifestyle memberships, up from 116 the previous year. Non-golfers are the fastest growing group of new members to Desert Mountain. All of the new amenities in the past several years are clearly very attractive. There is truly something for everyone.
