Desert Mountain is more than just a great golf club. There is a huge variety of activities for members to enjoy. One of the popular activities for Desert Mountain members is horseback riding. Horses are made available for members at The Ranch in Desert Mountain. It is being offered 
during high season from November 3, 2016 through May 7, 2017. Whether you have never been on a horse in your life, or are an experienced equestrian rider, they have a horse for you. Riding lessons are open to adults and children of all ages for $65 per hour. Guided trail rides are available on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays for $85-130/rider. The trail rides are a great way to see the incredible views from the Continental Mountains. On a clear day, you can see hundreds of miles to the South.
