Get Ready for the Desert Mountain Putting Challenge

Grab your golf clubs and get ready for the Putting Challenge hosted by Desert Mountain on November 12th. For an entry fee of $100, you will be given 10 golf balls. You may purchase as many sets of golf balls as you wish. At 9 a.m., the participants will attempt 10-foot putts. The top16 competitors will move on to the tournament. These competitors will be given 6 golf balls and try to make the most 15-foot putts in a head-to-head competition. If you were eliminated but would like to play in the top 16 round, you may buy-in to it for $2,500. The players with the most Aces in this round move onto the top 8 round.

The top 8 contestants will again go head-to-head to determine the final four. This round consists of ten 20-foot putts by each player. The player with the most Aces wins the 2015 Putting Challenge. The winner will also have one shot at a 65-foot putt on the 18th Hole on the Geronimo Course to win the grand prize: a private jet experience to one of three 5-star resorts. All of the top 16 competitors will receive great prizes donated by Demo Day vendors.

All of the proceeds will be donated to the Desert Mountain Community’s Foundation Scholarship Fund which benefits Desert Mountain employees and their families. This will be a great event to watch and participate in.
