Foreclosures at Desert Mountain Are Becoming Scarce

Many people still believe that there is an over abundance of foreclosures on the market and that they will have plenty to choose from if they wait to buy. This may be true in some areas but not in Desert Mountain. Currently there are only 5 bank owned homes available in this community. That is much less than we have seen in the past.

Last year there would generally be anywhere between 10 to 15 Desert Mountain foreclosures on the market at any given time and the price would start as low as $500,000. These times have past and foreclosures that are currently listed start at around $850,000 and even this is hard to find in this luxurious community.

If you are thinking about purchasing a luxury home in North Scottsdale now is the time to buy. Waiting will cost more.
