No Special Assessments Planned for Apache Cottages

I am occasionally asked about the possibility of unexpected charges for homes in Desert Mountain.  Recently I was asked about the pool repairs in the Apache Cottages.  There is a rumor that all residents of this village are being charged a $5,000 special levy to get the pools up to standard.  This is NOT true.

The community pool at the Apache Cottages were recently repaired and updated but that was paid for by funds already there.  The HOA works hard to make sure that all repairs are properly handled and planned so that the residents are not suddenly imposed upon with a bill.
