The number of home sales in Desert Mountain Club increased in October 2010. There was a total 6 homes sold and of these 4 were foreclosures or bank owned homes. There are typically only 1 or 2 lender owned properties sold per month so that number is not common in this community. The average price of  homes sold has remained fairly steady over the last two months. It went from $1,580,000 in September to $1,507,333  in October.
