Desert Mountain Scottsdale home sales increased in May 2011. Last month there were 14 homes sold and only 1 was a foreclosure or bank owned home. Two of the homes were short sales. The average price of homes sold was $1,254,071 which is a very slight decrease from $1,296,250 in April.
