The Desert Mountain real estate market had an increase in sales in the fourth quarter 2010. Between October and December, 23 Desert Mountain Homes sold. During the third quarter of 2010 only 14 homes sold so this is a very nice increase in the Desert Mountain market. Nine of these sales were foreclosures or bank owned homes and five were short sales.
