In a word, WOW!

The number of homes sold and pending under contract in the first two months of 2011 have skyrocketed. We are definitely seeing a huge surge in sales!

There were 11 homes sold in Desert Mountain in February 2011. One of these sales only one was a foreclosure and one was a short sale. The average price of homes sold was $1,365,227. This is an increase from $1,140,700 in January.
