The Desert Mountain Scottsdale first quarter 2011 home sales exceeded the expectations of most. There were 37 homes sold between January and March 2011. Last quarter there were 23 homes sold and 29 homes sold in the 1st quarter of 2010. It’s nice to see such great improvement in the market.
