Desert Mountain home sales remained steady during the second quarter of 2011. Between April and June there were 36 homes sold. This is just one less than last quarter which indicates that the Desert Mountain market could be on its way to a recovery. Sales have increased compared to the same time last year. During the 2nd quarter of 2010 there were 31 homes sold.
