Desert Mountain Real Estate September 2010 Sales Update

During September 2010, the Desert Mountain Real Estate sales were down. Only 3 homes sold and of these 1 was a foreclosure or bank owned home. This is very unusual for Desert mountain. There are typically about 10 homes sold each month in this community. The average price of  homes sold has increased from $929,000 in August to $1,580,000 in September.

There are currently 4 pending sales which could close in October so we should start to see things pick up again and go back to normal in Desert Mountain. The average price of these pending sales is $1,853,075. If the average sales price continues to increase we could start to see prices shift slowly back into a sellers market.
