Desert Mountain real estate sales were unbelievably high in March 2011. It’s incredible how many homes sold this past month. It appears that the market in this exclusive community is really picking back up.

There were 21 homes sold in March 2011. Only 4 of these sales were foreclosures. The average price of homes sold was $1,056,826. This is a decrease from $1,365,227 in February.
