There were significantly less homes sold in September than in July or August. The reason for this is unclear. The price per square foot was almost identical during all 3 of those months. More people simply “pulled the trigger” and bought during July or August, than during September. We saw 12 sales in July, 14 in August and 6 in September.
Most Expensive Home Sold – Lone Mountain 5335 sq ft custom home for $1,575,000.
Least Expensive Home Sold – Sonoran Cottage 2086 sq ft without a membership for $447,000
Least Expensive Home with a Membership – Hacienda 3250 sq ft for $1,037,500
