Desert Mountain Real Estate Sales Update for June 2011

There were 11 Desert Mountain homes sold in June 2011. Three of these sales were foreclosures and one was a short sale. The average price of homes sold was $1,110,637 which is slightly lower than the May average sales price of $1,254,071. More and more of the homes under a million are selling quick, pretty soon there will not be many left to choose from.
