The upcoming Memorial Day party will be another fabulous event. The theme of the Desert Mountain Memorial Day party is an Old Fashioned Barbecue. I can’t think of a better thing to do after a long day of golf, but to sit back, eat, relax and socialize. The Barbecue is being held Sunday May 24, 2009 from 5-9pm at the Cochise-Geronimo Clubhouse. The food for the festivities will be first class. Trust me, this is not the typical BBQ with hot dogs. The menu will feature a huge slowly roasted pig. If you have ever had a real roast pig you know how special this is. Also on the menu is BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, baked beans, salads, deserts and more. There will also be some fabulous entertainment by Mark Brooks. The cost is $45 per person and $20 for children ages 5-12. It will be fun for everyone and a great way to celebrate the holiday!
