Desert Mountain Offers Fun Activities for Kids in February

Desert Mountain offers fun activities for kids at the Youth Activities Center (YAC). Upcoming events include Kid’s Night Out, Valentine’s Day Party and Presidents’ Day Camp.

The Kid’s Night Out will be held on Saturday, February 12th, from 6-9pm at the Sonoran Clubhouse. It is only $20 per child and is offered for children ages 5 and older. There will be lots of games, Valentine’s Day crafts, a movie, dinner and much more. What a great opportunity for mom and dad to spend a romantic evening out while the kids enjoy their night making new friends.

The Presidents’ Day Camp will be held Monday, February 21st, from 9am to 2pm and is available to children 5 and older. It is $50 per child and includes lunch, games, crafts, prizes and more. It is a great way to entertain the kids on their day off from school.

You can RSVP for either of these events by contacting the Youth Activities Center in the Sonoran Clubhouse.

In addition to the planned events for children, the YAC offers daily Playtime Hours Monday through Saturday from 9am to 2pm. It is $10 per child for the 1st hour and then $7 for each additional hour. Each additional child is just $7 per hour. Just call the YAC to make reservations.
