With only 3 homes selling last month, it was an unusual month for the Desert Mountain home sales in October 2012. None of these homes were distressed sales.

The average price of all homes sold in October was $1,278,333.

Highest Priced Home Sold WITH an Equity Golf Membership or EGM – Turquoise Ridge 49, Sales Price $1,850,000 – 4,750 square feet ($389.47 p/ sq ft)

Average Price per square foot WITH a Desert Mountain Golf Membership – $298.38
