The first two quarters at Desert Mountain have been full of changes. The Renegade golf course is being renovated. Next door to Renegade, the Seven golf course, 
clubhouse and community are currently under construction. The Seven golf course is on schedule to open February 2019. This short course will be a fun addition to the club. A new membership option was added for those who only want to golf on the Seven par 54 course. Buyers are clearly excited about all of the changes at the club. Membership sales are exceeding last years numbers and the targets for this year. This of course results in higher revenues and income than 2017.
The total number of golf memberships at Desert Mountain is 1,904. This is 7 more than the previous year. The number of Lifestyle memberships is 173, also up 7. This is a solid turnaround from the prior year which had a decline in the number of memberships.
