Desert Mountain is Spreading the Love this Valentine’s Day

Desert Mountain Club is spreading the love this Valentine’s Day. Members can enjoy a special menu at either the Apache Clubhouse, Cochise/Geronimo Clubhouse or Chiricahua Clubhouse.

The Apache Clubhouse will feature a four-course dinner menu that includes a great variety of dishes. Some of these dishes include, baby beet tartare, yukon potatoes, braised pork belly, crab & risotto croquettes and a champagne sorbet. For dessert they will offer a choice of chocolate truffles with rose sabayon or strawberry gelee. This menu is offered from 5-10 pm and is $60 per person.

The Cochise/Geronimo Clubhouse will offer a prix fixe menu with three different options. Some of these options include, hamachi tar tar, day boat scallops, Muscovy duck breast, filet of beef, and crispy organic salmon. For dessert they are offering a choice of hazelnut chocolate crunch cake, strawberry panna cotta, or chocolate banana cream pie. Dinner will be from 5-9 pm and is $49 per person.

Finally, the Chiricahua Clubhouse will offer a special four-course menu at Constantino’s from 5-10 pm. Some of the items included in this menu are, ostrica trio (trio of oysters), zuppa di pesce, garganelli con zucca, garganelli pasta, vitello costola crorto con aragosta and veal short rib. For dessert diners have the option between chocolate perfetto or dark, milk, white and gianduja. As an added bonus they will also have live music by Walt Pitts. This dinner is $60 per person.
