The Desert Mountain home sales were strong in April 2013. There was a total of 13 homes sold and of these 2 were distressed sales. These two distressed sales were the two highest sales which is very unusual. Typically when there are distressed sales, they are amongst the lowest priced sales for the month.

The average price of all homes sold in April was $1,238,767.31.
