Desert Mountain Home Sales in June 2012 Were Excellent

There was a high number of home sales in Desert Mountain Scottsdale in June 2012. The summer is typically very quiet in Desert Mountain but this year the summer home sales have been going strong. There were 16 homes sold last month which is higher than usual.

The average price of all homes sold in June was $1,128,812.50

Highest Priced Home Sold WITH an Equity Golf Membership or EGM – Lone Mountain 58, Sales Price $2,000,000 – 6189 square feet ($323.14 p/ sq ft)

Lowest Priced Home Sold WITHOUT an Equity Golf Membership or EGM – Mountain Skyline 33, Sales Price $855,000 –  3300 square feet ($259.09 p/ sq ft)

Highest Priced Home Sold WITHOUT an Equity Golf Membership or EGM – Gambel Quail 9, Sales Price $1,200,000 – 5097 square feet ($235.42 p/ sq ft)

Average Price per square foot WITH a Desert Mountain Golf Membership – $266.47

Average Price per square foot WITHOUT a Membership – $256.79
