Desert Mountain HOA Annual Meeting

The Desert Mountain Master Association had their Annual Meeting recently. The current goals for the association are:

1. Modernize the Desert Mountain HOA Governing Documents
2. Evaluate/Define an Owners’ Services Business
3. Launch a Community Magazine
4. Upgrade the HOA Website
5. Develop a Northern Properties Use Plan
6. Enhance Cell Phone Coverage in Desert Mountain

All are admirable goals. I would suggest that for #2 they need to do more than just “Evaluate/Define” the Owners Services Business – they need to get on it!

Home owners in Desert Mountain should have a fully functional resident services department like Desert Highlands. It would be a wonderful amenity for the residents to have approved providers for housekeeping, landscaping, pool services, maintenance and repairs at their finger tips. If Desert Highlands can do it, Desert Mountain should have one too.
