Desert Mountain Ends 2013 with a Large Number of Home Sales

Desert Mountain wrapped up 2013 with 13 homes sold in December. Two of these were short sales which is an unusually high number of distressed sales. We rarely see distressed sales in Desert Mountain.

The average price of all homes sold in December was $1,327,153. In November, the average sales price was under $1 Million.

Lowest Priced Home Sold WITHOUT an Equity Golf Membership or EGM – Gambel Quail 97, Sales Price $767,000 – 4058 square feet ($189.01 p/ sq/ ft)

Highest Priced Home Sold WITHOUT an Equity Golf Membership or EGM – Mountain Skyline 96 & 97, Sales Price $1,200,000 – 6500 square feet ($184.62 p/sq ft)

Average Price per square foot WITH a Desert Mountain Golf Membership – $318.30

Average Price per square foot WITHOUT a Membership – $186.82
