Desert Mountain Golf Club is planning to remodel and expand the the Sonoran Clubhouse for members. Those interested in seeing future plans for the expansion can find a scale model and other 
displays at the current Sonoran Clubhouse. The display includes proposed materials for the exterior and various rooms within the clubhouse, floor plans and information about a new casual quick-serve restaurant.
The Sonoran Clubhouse sits at the heart of the community and is home to the fitness center and spa. It also includes an extensive tennis complex, two swimming pools, Youth Activities Center, volleyball court, basketball court and playground.
The contemporary-themed structure is the only Desert Mountain clubhouse without a corresponding golf course. It acts more as a community center where members can enjoy a leisurely, active lifestyle.
