Desert Mountain Club Turnover Successfully Completed

After an overwhelming landslide of votes in favor of the turnover, all the assets of the Desert Mountain Club were successfully transferred to the members on December 31, 2010. The final assessment due from each golf member at $16,500 was much lower than expected.

99.3% of members approved the turnover transaction and the overall sentiment at the club is extremely positive. 2011 will be an exciting year at Desert Mountain. There is a renewed vigor at the Club. Potential homebuyers can expect the club to remain the premiere golf community in Arizona. The management team is the same and the Club will continue to be run to the highest standards.
