The Desert Mountain Club has created new incentives for current home and lot owners who do not already have a membership attached to their property. Property owners in Desert Mountain will be able to purchase a golf membership for 
the reduced fee of $140,000. They will also be able to take advantage of 50% off monthly dues for 2 years. This means that for 2011 the monthly dues will only be $595 instead of $1190.
You must already own a home or lot in Desert Mountain and be in good standing with all Homeowner’s Association (HOA) dues and fees to be eligible for this program. The club is offering this incentive until July 1, 2011 but the advisory board reserves the right to change this date at anytime. This is the perfect opportunity for those of you that have been waiting until after the turnover to join.
