Looking for a way to spend a romantic evening this holiday season? Desert Mountain will be hosting a candlelight dinner event for members this Thursday night. Imagine an evening spent on a beautiful outdoor terrace, enjoying hors d’oeuvres beneath the Sonoran sunset while listening to carolers sing songs of the season. Travel into the warm ambience of the main dining room, glowing with soft candlelight – the perfect setting for a romantic and elegant meal for two.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. with cocktails and hand-passed hors d’oeuvres on the Sunset Terrace of Desert Mountain’s Cochise/Geronimo Clubhouse. At 6:30 p.m., guests will move into the Clubhouse dining room for a 4-course meal that includes such delectable dishes as Roasted Veal Tenderloin with Black Truffle Risotto and Cranberry Chutney or Roasted Chilean Sea Bass, Creamed Celery Root, Lobster Butter Sauce and Fennel Salad.
Registration is required for this members-only event. Dinner is $95 per person, excluding alcohol, and jackets are suggested.
