We saw a slight increase in the number of home sales in Desert Mountain during the second quarter of 2010. Between April and June 2010 there were 31 homes sold in Desert Mountain. Least Expensive Home Sold WITH Golf Membership: Apache Cottages 44, List Price $695,000, Sales Price $688,000 with Deferred Equity Golf Membership (DEGM), 2,454 square-feet ($280.36/ sq ft)

Least Expensive Home Sold WITHOUT Golf Membership: Apache Cottages 31, List Price $615,000, Sales Price $442,500 No Membership, 2,086 square-feet ($212.13/sq ft)
