Desert Mountain 85262 Market Distress Update

In the most recent Cromford Market Distress Index, the zip code 85262, has a distress level of 40.7 out of 100. This zip code includes some of the most desired Master Planned Communities of North Scottsdale such as Desert Mountain, Troon, Estancia, Legend Trail, and Desert Highlands. The charts below show us that Desert Mountain real estate and its surrounding communities remain in good shape.
