The biggest news during the first half of 2019 was the reopening of the renovated Renegade golf course and the completion of the all new Seven clubhouse with par 54 golf course. Both were major projects that took several years to plan. I was at Seven last night for a party and it is a 
stunning clubhouse. I love the modern, contemporary design indoors and out. The views and food are equally amazing. Definitely a huge bonus for all current members.
The number of memberships is very similar to last year. There are 1918 Golf memberships and a total of 188 Lifestyle memberships. A new membership category has been created for the children and grandchildren of members. More details to follow.
Chiricahua golf course is beginning its second phase of the two-year conversion to cool season turf. It will be closed from May 1st-November 1st during the renovation.
The Apache golf course will be the fourth, out of 7 golf courses, to be converted to year-round, cool season turf. That course will also be renovated this summer. Apache will be closed June 1-October 26th.
